We had the pleasure attending an event we’ve been sponsoring for a few years now, the Special Children’s Christmas Party.
This is one of the biggest events of its kind in New Zealand. There are so many deserving children and they work closely with various organisations throughout New Zealand to select those who will get to attend. The invited children have to deal with things such as domestic violence, physical and intellectual impairment, a life threatening illness, or living in underprivileged circumstances.
The children get to enjoy a fun-filled event of games, celebrity stage shows, fun rides, food, face painting and many more fun activities. They also get to go to Santa’s Toy Cave, definitely a highlight for them!
Every year these events are supported by donations from various businesses throughout the country. We were proud to think that our small contribution has gone some way to making a big difference to those children and their families. You can learn more here http://www.sccpnz.co.nz/
